VISA Information: An FAQ guideline from Ministry of Home Affairs, India regarding issue of VISA is available here. Some embassy might require the letter from the Indian Government approving the Conference. The clearances from different ministries for the conference will be made available shorlty. If the respective embassy requires the invitation letter addressed to the individual, then please write to the Conference.
Weather: “God's own country” Kerala is blessed with a climate of moderate temperatures. Thiruvananthapuram has a constant weather almost all through the year. The monsoon season in Kerala begins in June and lasts until September. Expect heavy rains, which will enhance the overall beauty of the state, making it more green and appealing. Monsoon is an ideal time for Ayurvedic treatments. Also, it is a perfect time to enjoy sightseeing at different destinations. When travelling, it is best to have an umbrella or raincoat with you.
Food: Kerala is every food-lover's paradise. Kerala cuisine offers a multitude of dishes, ranging from the traditional sadya to seafood delicacies. Mostly cooked with coconut oil, the food is rich in aroma and taste and texture. Vegetarian food of Kerala is generally milder and blander in taste on the other hand non-vegetarian food savors various spices.
Festivals: Onam is one of the most popular festivals in Kerala. It is celebrated each year between August and September. Thiruvonam will be celebrated on September 8th in the year 2022.

Air-Connections
Nearest Airport: Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) International Airport
The Thiruvananthapuram International Airport is about a 30 minutes drive from the Technocity (Terminal 1: 22km; Terminal 2: 17km).
Railway Stations
Thiruvananthapuram Central: The Technocity is 21Km away from the Thiruvanthapuram Central Railway Station. You can reach Technocity from the railway station by taking a bus from the KSRTC Bus stand at Thampanoor, which is exactly opposite to the railway station. Your destination is Mangalapuram or Pallipuram. From Mangalapuram or Pallipuram, you can easily get autorikshaws to Technocity. The distance is approximately 1km.
Kochuveli Railway Station: Kochuveli Station is a terminal station for some long-distance trains. If you are coming from Kochuveli railway station, you can take an autorikshaw/Taxi to Technocity.
Kazhakoottom Railway station: Kazhakkoottam Station is around 7 KMs from Technocity. From Kazhakkoottam railway station autorikshaws/Taxi are available to Technocity. The nearest railway station for Technocity, Pallipuram is Murukkumpuzha railway station.
